Can someone fil me in about something bout this hack. A while ago when I was playing Mw3 I was playing with A hacker. He told me he was one of 4 people on the Wii concole that could do this hack. Anyone now who it might be

They didn't explain in the video how they would go about doing it from scratch; they skipped a lot of important procedures, like how different tools (both hardware and software) are made, and how to decrypt the code of certain processes to allow cheating and code making, etc.

This was DEFCON, but I prefer CCC (Chaos Communication Congress), as their videos are much more thorough.

I wonder if devices, like the BusPirate, would be used in hacking consoles. It's used to hack into a variety of different types of chips. I own a BusPirate, but never got up to using it. Would be interesting to know if it'd be possible with this device to hack consoles. At least then, there would be some knowing of what to do to hack a console.
