Well it all depends on what you mean by "Command Codes".

Well, telling by the note, you run the code with a modified ISO and any Dvars that the game normally doesn't allow, such as "perk_healthRegenMultiplier" will be allowed. god, noclip, ufo, etc. are commands and not Dvars. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Nah you hit it right on the spot. It's pretty much saying "Hey you can now allow this all the time not just in gecko code". You know how useful this would be on my PS3 -.- I'm gonna make dis shit .

It has been made for command codes actually or configuration (.cfg) modifications in general. That is the same thing.

The "set" command can set a new value for a dvar which wouldn't work for most dvars (specifically the "cheat-protected" ones which basically are all dvars which might give the player an advantage when modified).



This video shows how I'm e.g. doing 3rd person mode via command code on multiplayer which wouldn't work without this extra code.

Note that regular codes obviously can set any dvar already. It has never been an issue except for inside command codes due to cheating capabilities. xD

The command and dvar protections ONLY exist on multiplayer. One can do "anything" on Zombies or campaign even online on Zombies. Treyarch failed
