program codes

do you need to add in an activator to the code with program codes? ( perk modifier program )

Well you tell me. If the code is generated by the program just like all of his other ones such as Command Code's and Weapon's Modifier do you think if he knew that you needed a activator he would have told you one when the code was generated that you needed one? He did it in the Command Code program but not in the Weapon's Modifier program simply because well you didn't need to. So from what  I just said and the knowledge you now have I want you to answer your own question and tell me if this need's a activator.

You could just take 5 mins out of your day and Try the code with and with out the activator and see witch one works
