I don't know for that, i know it work but i've not use this code since a long time. You can take Pro Perks with customs classes or a Modd Menu.
It's a Host All Players Code.

It works with just hardline or hardline pro, it doesn't matter. And please stop being a n00b and ask how to activate a code. Just copy it into your code list and use it. ALL codes are made to work right away except if they need you to set a button activator which I won't do by default to give people some customization possibilities.
