Installing the Homebrew Channel

If your Wii is version 4.3 this will work just follow this Instructions.

1. Go here: http://please.hackmii.com/

2. Type your Wii Address (you can find it on your Wii configurations)

3. Go to your Wii wait until you get a message with a Bomb on your Wii messages

4. Be sure you got your Wiimote only not Nunchuck connected.

5. Press 1 and find ''Install Homebrew Channel''

6. Now go here for HBB [Homebrew Browser]: http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Homebrew_Browser <- Into the left theres the Link pass it to your SD Card and make a Folder named ''App'' and place your HBB there then launch your wii and you should have it!!

Thats the easier way i know of installing it.

7.When you go on your Wii enter HBB then Find for Gecko Os 1.0.9.3.1 or something like that.

8. Look in Google for Ocarina Code Manager and put it on your computer <- For running codes

9. Look for your codes place them on Code manager enter your SD CArd on your computer and press Export and your codes should export to your SD Card and done.

Export is at the bottom of Code manager!!!

Happy hacking i think i make a mistake on the part of placing HBB at ''App'' not sure but well follow it exactly and don't install other things that i dint say.

i never got the bomb message

Choose your system menu version, enter your MAC Address and verify that you are a human. Then you also need to place the hackmii installer on your SD Card!

I should make a commented video tutorial about this... or at least a video with instructions. <_<

then you go and see your Wii messages. It should display a bomb message, open it to run the exploit. Then choose HBC to be installed and bootmii (only if you can install as boot2, otherwise don´t).

When it reboots, you should have the Homebrew Channel as new channel. Run it to see your current apps (you should put some apps onto your SD Card, like Gecko OS).

All apps need to be in the following folder structure:
SD Card:\apps\Folder, named after the app\boot.dol

when i put the SD into my wii i never got the message

No!
You need your own file, generated by putting your Wii´s MAC address!

Just execute the steps and also try to find some other tutorials that may help you further on google or so.

Im descrobe it again:
First you go to the link:

Then you must write in your MAC-adress (find it in configuration->wii system-configuration->internet)
Then cut the blue.
then put it on your SD-card.
put the SD-card in the wii
power on the wii and go to your mails (on the right, down)
go one day back.
klick on the letterbomb (its the pink mail)
Now press 1 and find Installing Hombrew-channel on Boot1
Ready....

Most of the time, the exploit message on the message board doesn't appear on the current day. You will have to go back several days, and you will eventually see it. It had me stumped too when I first attempted installing the Homebrew Channel.
