he has everything even has mic unplugged it just freezes he has no codes or etc on it yet any ideas why?

maybe its cd is damaged or iso

Ok, so a few things could be wrong with this. 1. He may have downloaded it incorrectly 2. He may have a controller made after I think 2011? and they shut off after opening gecko os due to the patch. 3. HBC may be instlled wrong. 4. He may have a wrong version of Gecko. 5. His SD card may be corrupt.
