Chrome Flash Videos Not Playing

Is anyone also having the issue that Google Chrome doesn't play certain videos?

Just try to play any of those soccer videos:

Nothing. Do the same with Internet Explorer or whatever and it works normally

As a side note, I'm also getting black frames on YouTube sometimes. Just on Chrome again.
It makes me quite angry that there's always an annoyance.
Things are way more fucked up in Firefox though, no wonder most people moved on to Chrome. 

Chrome > FF > IE > All the rest

We've bwen having issues with moodle today in class when we ran it off chrome as well.

I don't know, I uninstalled that crap because it would end up ruining my liver before than my computer...
