Mod Menu Online Game(No Private Match)

Hello, I was searching for a code that can turn a match into an Online Match. But, the thing is I have a Mod Menu, I want to enable that Mod Menu to go on in Public Matches and not Private ones. I saw KrooKlyn do it except it was a Match online... I have seen this code though:

Make Public match into private [Mitch]

But, do you have to automatically be host with the force host code(Sets you in an empty lobby) Anyways, is there a code or something for this?

You have to be host in order for it to work.

Oh ok(Of course I didn't know that -.- Lol I forgot... kinda). I haven't tested it because every time I try to load codes onto Loader GFX, the cheats don't work. Do you know a way to make it work? I've followed all the instructions in this kids video and it didn't work. What am I doing wrong?

Part 2 is the one that is screwing me up. I made the SC7E52.txt and the folders correctly and then went onto USB Loader GX and put the settings correctly and then checked the codes that I wanted(Was UNDER 255 lines. But still, nothing. Thanks for response btw.
