[SC7E52] RC Racing Mod Menu GameType REQUEST/HELP

Hello, I thought of an idea that I wanted to make as a Game Type for Black ops. I was thinking of using Care Packages as the Custom Map(Nuketown) and we use the RC Cars to race against each other and you can't blow up each other either(If there was only some way to get Power-ups :/). Anyways, I was wondering if anyone could help me make this GameType. Thank You! P.S. I have Summer School so I won't be able to work on it for 1 - 3 Weeks! Sorry :/ Thank You!
