Now don't tell me there are not enough tutorials. I haven't even listed all of them! Don't complain before you haven't taken a look at most of those.
Also, no guarantee for correctness or up-to-dateness for any of those is given. Their purpose solely is to help you learn something and have better ideas for creating cheat codes. Not necessarily these are the best ways of doing certain tasks but they surely work sometimes. These are based on the work of many great Wii coders. It's the best available though. I know that the overall quality is not really amazing but it is what it is!
Only the one who works hard and doesn't get everything spoon-fed may accomplish something.
