This is probally the way to go to ping somone offline if you don't wanna download anything. This works with terminal for mac as well.

Video Tutorial:


Step By Step:

1. Go find CMD

2. Typing in ping (ip goes here no parentheses) -l -t 65500 (thats the max amount of packets, you can lower it if it says request timed out)

3. Leave it on for about 2 hours

4. They will be booted offline

you cant "ping" someone offline using CMD. its a wate o time ad eventually your ISP will catch on that you are a dumbass and will suspend your service. again try a program that actually works like loic or hoic. thread closed
