They use the display host ip code in text message
and they also use theses code under neath this thread. They also use programs like command prompt and Cainanable

Use a Highly anonymous proxy server. It is the best way to do this. It gives a false location. There is no way for them to get your actual Public IP. Works for any device and is usually a perm. fix. Also keeps them pesky n00bs from trying act big saying " Oh I got your IP you are totally screwed" even though they can not do anything with it xD.
