When using multiple accounts you have to keep the Steam lock problem in mind:
You cannot data transfer an account over another account on Steam without permanently losing access to the overwritten account on Steam only.
For making a new Duel Links account, setup a new Steam account for it as well.

The Japanese Duel Links client however does not have this restriction but it is of course in Japanese and not everyone can read or speak it.
Furthermore, the bot currently does not support the Japanese client either (as of 12/01/2020) which might change in the future.
