I have been trying to use this code to set the pass titles to "Crowd Favorite" with no support at all. This code comes with a link to a txt with the values for what titles, but it is 404'd (link here anyway: http://jafile.com/uploads/wiiplaza/trainer_title_values.txt ). If anybody can get Bully to reupload that list, that'd be of great help.

Since they are in German, we're left with finding the right one for "Crowd Favorite".

Try these:
Star = 2B7B
Schwarm = 2B7D

By the way, I updated the Geckocodes page. Sadly, there's very little interest in this game otherwise there would be less errors and more codes maybe.

The correct value for Crowd Favorite is 2B7C, 2B7B and 2B7D are for World Famous and Friend Recruiter since these three titles are determined by number of friend passes.
