Can you please elaborate. 8130CA5C looks more like an address than a value, but I get what you mean; it's in the place of a value. What game is it? What address? are some of the things we need to know.

If a value looks like an address it's considered a pointer. The code jumps there and takes the value at this address for it's actual value. In fact, you can re-point to somewhere else to make it a different value. Do not change the value it originally pointed at, it could be linked to much more you don't want to mess with.
