Bully, what value do you use for the code? If the one that you already posted for the code is it, it doesn't work for me. 
I use the FoV Mod with this code too, and I've tried the value you posted (3F7FE000 - Normal) and other different values I tried out for the ADS Zoom Mod, but each one is either still zoomed out, the screen turns dark, or the screen is glitched when I ADS.
