Wonder how to make a customized name

Hi there, I just wondered if someone could please write a mini-guide (or put a link) on how to create a customized name   
If I'm not precise enough, by CUSTOM NAME I mean a name with arrows, colours, symbols, (twisting remote, buttons from nunchuck) and flashing effect...
Is it too difficult? BTW, I am NOT a coder, although I can easily follow tutorials (even the complicated ones)

First of all, thank you very much for replying
now, the only problem is that I don't even now how to setup a name toggler! xP
I already tried to convert my MW3 profile name to hex, and put it into a code (wich I will put at the end of the message)... but IT DOESN'T WORK when I put in the code!!!   
Could you or someone else explain me how to setup a name toggler and how to "apply" the hacked name?

Yes, but this guy's program and whatnot is way too overrated. N00bs just like to be pampered this way  

Just use a hex <-> ascii converter and put the special symbol values in somewhere by hand. It's done in like 1 minute xD
