I have already seen of the codes migrating one MW3 but never on BO.

It happens, A LOT. Even on combat training and private matches. In MW3 it's just on public games.

I did not know. I have the game since it went out and I never have to notice that.

It happens on certain "host only" codes that they suddenly work for another player (after matches and rounds).
