Ok this requires WinRar and its the easiest way.

Step 1. So Right Click on the undeletable file or folder and click "Add to archive"

Step 2. Then Tick the "Delete files after archiving" option

Step 3. Click Ok

Step 4. Delete the .Rar you just made

Then you are done!
