MW3 Can't Connect Online

Hii. Since late 2015/2016 I've been getting the error code "unable to connect to mw3" did some research and what I came up with is that I was most likely banned (not 100% sure) I got an unban code that I found on YouTube and ever since then I was able to connect but I lost all my data.

The only code I had was unban code and infected in private match. Well recently I wanted to add the custom classes code so I can use 2 attachments and kick/damage... And I made a new gct with those codes and the same unban code that I use. When I came back online  I was unable to log in for like 2 mins with the error (unable to connect to mw3 server) then I was able to connect but I lost all my data again.

After 2 hours of raging I got a different gct with the xp boost and the same unban code to level my self to max prestige. And when I connected I was unable to use my profile and kept getting the "unable to connect to mw3" error. After another hour of raging I randomly was able to connect on my 2nd profile. But still couldn't connect to my 1st profile. Was only able to connect to 2nd and 4th profile.

Decided to use my 2nd profile as main and leveled my self up to max prestige. After that I tried to connect with my original .gct code (with infected and unban) because I don't like using the xp boost because it has red box and I can't remove. And I got the "I can't access mw3 server" error on my 2nd profile. But I was able to access my 1st profile that once again got all my stats reset.

Then I connected with the xp boost gct and same thing happened. Tested this over and over and always had the same results. Does someone know why this happens and can anyone help me? Also is there a way to I get unbanned (if I am banned) without having to use gct? I tried to use my second Wii but got the 200103 error code (with and without the gcts)

The unban code I used was always the same in all gcts. Thank you!

Try running the game without homebrew if that works I'll tell you why if it doesn't and if your version (top right corner) there should be something that says "v130.0.0" if its all 0's your banned

Every time I try to play without the unban code I get the error code and when I reconnect with the unban code I lose all my stats
I use iso not disc
When I connect with the unban code it shows v130.0.3 or something close. When I try to connect without the unban it only shows v130

From what I have read. You aren't baked your just having problems try to go without using the ban code and just keep trying to log in. If that doesn't work your banned. Or check your internet connection cause I get that error when someone boots me off or something.
