In the ballpark how much (USD) do i need for a Switch. I also need a loose promise of me being able to patch into its RAM to write some 1337 shit like its 2008.

A Nintendo Switch Lite (model I have) on Amazon.com is 198$. I paid 235$ CAD for mine. How would you go about patching into its RAM, just out of curiosity... or should that be mentioned elsewhere?

I was thinking of something like the DNS thing I mentioned to you on Discord, and the patch being written into the DNS spoof, building a program to pull information from the system to learn about it for further implementations down the road, perhaps even creating a software / hardware map of the system.

However, it's worth mentioning that Nintendo has two different websites carrying software that inihibits the connection of a DNS spoof (on a Switch) after roughly 20 minutes. These sites allow the system to connect to the Internet. Finding an alternate way to allow the connection, both of the Internet and a DNS spoof permanently, would be greatly beneficial into furthering development of an exploitation.

Damn those prices are pretty high for real. Id definitely blow cash on a Switch right now if there was a sure-fire method of accessing a games RAM so I can start making codes.

Bro step 1 is finding device vulnerabilities step 2 is finding out how to launch (or in this case create) cfw on that thing. I know it has an HDMI port, but lack of external access points would mean that you'd have to create an exploit that would trick the device internally into obeying a cfw.

Again, I would have a better idea of how to go about hacking it if I had it psychically. I must return to the quest for CASH like WARIO dogg

The Switch has been hacked, you can homebrew it already but I haven't followed the scene so it could be impossible on the latest firmware. Before you get one or connect it to the Internet, do some thorough research on installing homebrew first
Also, you still skipped the Wii U, didn't you? Nintendo already gave up on it so it's definitely hackable all you want
