How do you get banned? Does someone lodge a formal complaint or something?Seems like every map has at least 1 or two glitchers on it

i heard from a source that the ban lifts after a month.

Their are two ways to get banned..
1. A player reports you to the Call of Duty Community. Then they report you to IW(Infinity Ward).
2. You end up in a lobby with one those members like I did
