Guitar Hero:World Tour Wii DLC

Hey guys, I recently bought Guitar Hero:World Tour on the WII (It's pretty old but i like it). I have seen some youtube videos saying u can download ALL DLC for free WITHOUT using Wii points whatever. I have seen some WADS that installs DLC for free. BUT i saw some comments saying it SCREWED their game up and they cant even play anymore
Does anyone know anything about this??
Also, Im talking about the songs in GHWT shop NOT the songs in Quickplay where u can unlock all of it with cheat in settings.
I have PAL version of Guitar Hero:World Tour Wii.
