USB Gecko problems with some games

Some games just seem to not work with the USB Gecko and Gecko.Net

Here are some issues I've had.

1. USB Gecko connects to Gecko.Net after I launch a game. When I try to do a memory search with Gecko.Net it no longer recognizes the USB Gecko (example: Billy & Mandy)

2. Gecko.Net won't recognize the USB Gecko at all with some games (example: Men In Black)

3. USB Gecko connects to Gecko.Net after I launch a game. When I try to do a memory search before anything has changed(e.g. Health) it works fine. However if something changes(e.g. Health) then when i try to do a memory search with Gecko.Net it no longer recognizes the USB Gecko (example: Jaws)

If there is any work around I'd love to know or even just why this happens and why there is no work around. I haven't tried dolphin and that'll be my last resort. Really love the nostalgia of the real Wii setup with a USB Gecko so I avoid dolphin...

Have you tried running a GCT with the game's master code at the same time as you're debugging with a USB Gecko? If not, that might be the problem, as some games have anti-cheats that wipe out where the Gecko Codehandler is stored in memory. If the Gecko Codehandler is wiped, the USB Gecko would disconnect or maybe not even connect at all.
