New Moderator @BullyWiiHacks

It's time to announce 3 new moderators at the forum!

These guys managed to earn it by doing well for a significant amount of time.

Xylon, you helped newbies and also to improve the forum.
Welohabi, you contributed well, asked good questions and also helped others.
Shadow@PSNPlaza, you brought up interesting discussions and a willing to help moderating this site

There may be situations where you're needed at moving/ deleting/ modifying a topic/ post or even banning someone who heavily violates the rules.

yep. Welohabi is a trusted member, and a good coder. I myself feel comfortable with him as a moderator and dont feel threated with him viewing IP information, banning, editing topics, ect.

If Bully trust me, you can it, too. I never would do those childish things...

There isnt much moderating to do at this forum, and if there is, the 2 active admins and/or welohabi can take care of it.

As for Xylon, Time for my insight here...

I think his English isn't the best. His post also seem spammish sometimes but that is mainly because I have trouble understanding his English. Overall from what I see, Xylon is a good person who intends to do good. I don't think Seth had the right to take his position entirely because of the fact that Bully gave it to him, and not Seth. You should not contradict Bully.

My honest suggestion is to allow him moderator but have him focus mainly on the German boards for now. All things may change in time I suppose.

he needs to prove himself coding and english wise then he will get moderator. and there is no privileged on this forum host to let a moderator mod 1 specific portion of the forum unfortunately.also the fact that me and bully are very active and we only really need 2 admins but you will be an exception welohabi.

These are my opinions only...
-I think it is very unprofessional/childish to make a statement and then lock the topic so no one can voice their opinion.
-I also believe this has been handled the wrong way, this topic should not have been turned into a topic of leaders going "against" each others wishes...<that should have been done via PM. Not a good example for members who read this topic.

I am a member and my opinion should be heard and not considered a "bash" toward anyone because I like you all and this is a very polite and neat board.

Is it not possible to create a user group "German Mod" and give him forum specific privileges?

Although the forum is not very large, having a few trusted moderators will reduce the work strain on the admins and allow them to focus solely on administration rather than moderator work.

I understand why you deem him unworthy. Bully should have been the one to revoke his position though, since he decided to give it to him. I'm sure you can understand how it looks to have one admin contradict another. Jingle*Bells post proves that.

There actually is a way to allow people to only moderate certain parts.
It requires a new group though (with own permissions set). That´s what we should agree on. Sections can be chosen and not individual topics, a little bit problematic due to the current forum arrangement.

That's basically what I was saying Bully. Handle it as you see fit.

I mean, you two are the only ones who say this...And I think it is irrelevant. As moderator I only have to move, split, connect or delete posts, ban users and so on. I post here, if I am a moderator or not.

I agree that your English is not so important, maybe you should put something in your signature that reads "pardon my English, I use a translator" or something like that...

Also there would be more than just delete topics and whatever, you would sometimes need to give an explanation as to why and what they did wrong.
