As some of you may know, the Wii U doesn´t have CoD Elite for Black Ops II. The other platforms, however, all have it.
I´ve done some research and IHC James released a Class Mod Tool for use with elite to send a modified data package to the game when editing classes. Some people use tripple Rapid Fire on one gun to tripple the rate of fire or 3 sights at the same time and/or more than 10 equipment slots. It does work publicly.

It´s not going to be for the Wii U due to missing elite, would´ve been fun though.
Hope things will change in the future. It´s the only console where you can´t hack anything so far. This game may end up getting fucked up more than MW3, these BO2 class mods are EXTREMELY overpowered.
