im wondering how to mode a wii so can i can get mod menus for blackops and could i use a SD card or does it have to be a usb card

Well um for starters you need to softmod your wii and the only way is through an SD card. If you want mod menus u need a USB and the game ISO. Google

After you softmod with an SD, you can use cheat codes and homebrew apps via USB. I've done this myself, and it worked. I've never tried softmodding with a USB, so I am unsure if that will work, but I can guarantee you that using a USB for cheat codes and homebrew apps works.
