so i have problem in wii mw3,when i go online it say must uptade after i uptade it that say loading after loading nothing happenend cant go online must uptade again ?

where do you live and what is the version of your game, SM8E52 or SM8P52 ?

I will tell you my story about my wii Smile
My wii wont read discs any more.so i dowloaded mw3 wii espanol version and game ID was SM8X52 online works fine but codes dosent work so i change game ID SM8P52 and cant go online anymore:(

Change your list codes to SM8X52 if your game is same

My wii is 4.3E it is safe to change it 4.1U using region changer HBC app ?

No, use cheat hooktype = oss slepthread in your loader.
