I found some of the parts, but I can't confirm 100% that they are the actual parts needed because I believe that they have to be EXACTLY the same as the ones on an actual Gecko. I posted some of the parts at the link below.

Does anyone know of the make and model of any of the other parts that are needed, such as CX and R1? (See pictures at link above)

If I can get the exact parts that are needed, I would try to reproduce the USB Gecko. But I need someone to confirm 100% that I have the exact parts needed. Also, I already have the source code to program the PCB. Thanks!
