Now you know why it has this name. Yes, it's a language you can actually program in. 

Ahh... Esoteric programming languages (EPL). They're so fucking difficult to understadn and are, to me, of no use to learn because you can't really do shit with them. They're just made fro a good laugh and to fuck with people's minds. If however, you want to say you're good at computers, learn an EPL. Not many people know these languages and that's why there isn't much resources for learning them. You basically learn from doing with an EPL. Type into the interpreter a bunch of commands and learn the language as you make over a trillion mistakes but knowing how to fix each one.

To me EPL's, are more fun to learn than OOP's (object oriented programming) because it's more of a pain in the ass, but would make you feel 1,000x better if you were too solve a huge ass code in an EPL such as Brainfuck than a simple program where there is no code for on Google or YT. You might feel the same way, that's just me though.
