I wouldn't. There isn't much games out for it and it hasn't been hacked yet. Also, it's quite expensive.

Try using a butter knife and wedge it in and gently pull. Happened to me before as for the drink spill take it to a game station place and have them vacuum and clean it out. (Little brother spilled tomato juice in mine before -_-)

If you know how to take things apart and put them back together, that would be the solution. The PCB might be fried, so getting service for it wouldn't work anyways and you'd have to pay them just for looking at it. If you really want to play PS3 again, I would just buy a new one or to save a bit of money, get one that's lightly used. Wink
