If you're only interested in the Multiplayer only, you can cut down on the ISO file size by removing files. I recommend wit for this.
In the extracted sources, find the "french" folder and delete it. It contains data for the French language version and if you're running English you'll never need it.
Next, find the "videos" folder. Most of them are only need for the campaign so we can sort out big time. The mandatory intro exactly contains 3 different video files which may not be removed otherwise you'll get a back screen. Therefore only keep the following 3 and remove the rest:
Now the ISO is only ~ 2,19 GB compared to ~ 3,7 GB from before.
