Call me an idiot but I downloaded it, and now I can not get it to run.

What don't you understand? You get the GCT file of the cheat codes and open them in the program and it converts them to text i believe?

Also make sure your running the program as a admin otherwise you might not have permission to run it.

It might be useful if you just posted in the same topic. Also, both programs work. Which one doesn't for you? There's mine (in Java) and the one from Computer++ (C++?).
