I Can't Get CFG Apps To Work On My Wii

I can't get any CFG app to work on my Wii such as Configurable USB Loader.

As you may already know I don't have the Homebrew Channel any more, but I still have homebrew apps and whatnot.

When ever I start apps that are configurable (CFG), it just brings me back to the home menu.

I'm on 4.3U, using a black Wii and all of my IOSs are up-to-date.

I'd appreciate it if anyone could help me or tell me why CFG apps won't work for me. Thanks.

Cios not installed?

What cIOS do I need? I'm pretty sure that I have most if not all of them.

I checked to see if they were all up-to-date in Multi Mod Manager and it said they're all up-to-date and none of them are stubs.

I'm mainly trying to get the Homebrew Browser channel to work more than the CFG USB Loader, but it just takes me back to the home menu. I installed two different Homebrew Browser channels, but they both do the same thing.

why you don't have the hombrew channel?????

I think that the CFG Apps are needing for a "base" to start....In this case, the base should be IN the HombrewChannel..

I deleted the Homebrew Channel because it turned upside down and I didn't know how to fix it and I couldn't really find much info about it on Google (at the time). I tried re-installing it, but my Wiimote kept shutting off whenever I tried pressing A or any button for that matter.

Just a few hours ago I figured out how to bypass the Wiimote shutting off and not being able to respond to the button(s) that you're pressing.

What I did was use MMM to change my IOS, but instead I switched my IOS to cIOS 222 (on purpose) and I turned off my Wii because I can't exit to the Home menu or the HBC because I was using Priiloader.

Once I turned my Wii back on my Wiimote kept shutting off even when I went to Priiloader. I thought "Holy sh*t! I just made my Wii obsolete!".

I turned my Wii off, then back on again, then I decided to pull the cable from my Wii (NOT my TV) that hooks up to the TV to display the stuff on the TV that the Wii is rendering. After that, I plugged the cable back in and my Wiimote turned back on and everything works like it did before!

I went back to MMM and switched my IOS to IOS 58, but I originally had it on IOS 80.

Now, I wonder if the same could work for re-installing the HBC.

well, I had the same problem with HBC(upside down), and I solved reinstalling it with Hackmii Installer...

You can use the Hackmii Installer to reinstall HBC(everything should be fine) and then use the PimpMyWii v3.01 to install the latest versions of IOS and cIOS needed...

If you doubt all this, I may recommend you format your wii, and I could give you some VERY ULTRA SUPER easy steps to get everything 100%(after the format)

I actually tried doing that for several hours and I even looked up tutorials on how to do it properly and it still didn't work. I heard that it has to do with the built in Wiimotion Plus Wiimotes (what I have), but I doubt that that is the problem behind why they shut off like that.

You can get the pimp my wii hack and it will automatically update and fix all ios's and cios's. Idk if that will help though.
