All Pictures Having Discoloration Issue

Is anyone else getting this same thing? It started a couple of days ago on Facebook, but now it's also happening all over the Internet on all pictures that I see. Also, when I download pictures that have discoloration, I can also see the discoloration in the Windows Picture Viewer. It's starting to really piss me off. I'm not 100% sure if it's something with my GPU or what the hell is causing it. However, on Google Images, only the picture that shows up when you click on the image has discoloration.

Like, in the picture below there's a black shadow on the bottom of the image. That's not supposed to be there, it's supposed to be green like the top of the picture. What the fuck is going on?!

I can't really replicate your problem, all seems normal. Drugs?

lol No, I'm not on drugs... at least I don't think I am. xD Anyways the picture turned out the same way way it was supposed to. However, when I went to this thread in both Firefox and IE, the picture I posted was the same as the one from Chrome. It's got to be a bug or some shit with my computer. I tried some Googling, but nothing came up with the same problem I'm having. The only parts on a picture that are effected are dark colours and shadows. Fuck, I wish I knew what the hell was going on.

A. Go to Control Panel then Hardware and Sound then Color Management.
B. Select your display device.
C. Check the box “Use my setting for this device”.
D. Click Add.
E. Choose “sRGB IEC61966-2.1”
F. Set it as default.
G. Reopen Picture Viewer or application used to view pictures.

After doing this, I was successfully able to turn the pictures back to the way they're supposed to appear.

However, the picture I posted above still has the same problem. Weird.
