I know no one is going to test this, but rather if it works, they ain't going to let me know, so I'll just leave this here. 
I'm about 95% sure I have this correct.
Host Activator [Bully@Wiiplaza]

1) Put on top of the code that should only activate when you're either host or non-host
2) Put E0000000 80008000 at the end of the code
Note:
This is no replacement for the online activator, you still need it as well to be sure that it doesn't freeze the game.
