How are activity points on this forum calculated?

Sometimes I'll see somebody with a small number of posts have a bigger number of activity points than somebody with many more posts. Made me interested as to how activity points are calculated. Thanks for reading!
EDIT: Also, I realize the activity points system is down, but was just interested as to how it (had) worked.

To my knowledge, its the number of days + how many post you make. Also there is a setting for them as well in the Admin panel so for us on here, it could be different compared to another "forumotion" forum or sight.

You make one comment = 1 activity point.
You make one topic = 2 activity points.
Since creation of account, each day you get an activity point.

The reason why some people have more activity points than others who share a close similarity in the amount of posts is because the one who has more points has prolly created more topics.

And the activity points isn't down. You mean reputation points? People were abusing it. Bully and myself might think about putting it back onto the site. I don't know, it's ultimately up to Bully.

The reputation system was removed due to noobs randomly spamming down votes on mine and other people's posts because of BDRFS and envy. I think there was no way to only allow positive votes.
