I have been interested in learning the German language for quite some time now. I was practicing for a while, but stopped because I got tied up in other shit. But I figured I could read a German-English dictionary, as I always read the English dictionary when I was a child and that's why I'm so good at spelling.
Yes, I actually read the dictionary, just like a book. But if I can get a German-English dictionary (preferably a program) that I can download on my PC, I could read it over and over again, memorize the words and translations, then eventually become fluent in the rules of writing.
I'd love to write it, but I really have no use of speaking it, as I don't know anyone (in my life currently) that speaks it.
Any tips or suggestions to learning the literature part of German, would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
Also, Bully, that'd be something you could do: have your own German tutorials on here. Of course, only if you're up to doing that.
