Bully I think this program has yours beat though if you click the video thumbnail twice before downloading, in MediaHuman YouTube to MP3 Converter you can choose which album art you want:

This sounds like a pretty cool program. I'm downloading it right now. I see that they have other cool and useful software for media. I'll have to give them a try as well. Thanks a lot!  

I've been trying to get around to downloading the Molchat Doma - Etazhi album, each individual song by using Audacity for recording, then using a default program on Win 10 called Groove Music to add album art. Man, is it pain-stakingly time consuming and just a plain waste of time when you have a program like this that does it in under a minute (by what I can see from the pictures). Guess what I'll be doing when I install this program?    lol

Album art just looks so much better when listening to a song on a program / website rather than just some stupid picture or default "audio playing" thumbnail. It's nice that you had mentioned how to do that. I'll definitely be using that feature.
