How do you get FF viewer to open files without error?

How do you get Trucha signer to open ISO file without decrpyted error?

I've tried un-installing and re-installing. I've looked on the web for other viewers and still the same. I was wondering if the file itself is bad or corrupt. Do you have a good FF file I could work with?

For me, both of the programs work. I uploaded them on the programs section :s
You could try Wii Scrubber to extract .ff files so that you can inspect them using .ff viewer.

Already tried wiiscubber all it does is give me an io_seek message. This is frustrating man every avenue I've tried been denied. Been working on this for 3 days now. I've seen a shit load of videos on this matter and can't even get to the first step. Does a verified good FF file exists so I can at least know whether its the program or the file thats bad.
I think I give up all I've done in three days is download a bunch of useless programs that take up space and have gotten me no where, I even fought off one virus (browers hijacker). it obviously my computer or lack of knowledge that is keeping from open a simple file when all others can.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.
