Are there any good mod menus still playable in public matches

Got my wii finally modded after all this time. Now I need a good mod menu. I tried the Pro custom edit one and Supermans both are fun. But where are the ones that are being used in public. I know they exist cause somebody just used one on me in a match yesterday.

I heard about post gx modding which supposedly still works on public. Superman released a modification of this, I remember. Otherwise: No, the mod menus won´t work on public.

Well somebody has one working. Cause I was in a public match (domination) just yesterday and could hear the other team talking. The dude that was hosting was saying exactly what effects he was putting on, not to mention he gave me clipping and god mode and other shit then he turned on and off periodically. He was totally using a mod menu and he was with a clan. Somebody has thier own private public mod menu going thats not being made available to the public. Or its Superman Himself.

Could it be codes? Or were there screen texts and whatnot.

Was kinda wondering that myself, I did'nt see those screen texts. It was a match I dropped in on right at the start, but it was weird I had infinite ammo right from the start, I'm aware of the give all players infinite ammo code, which is what I thought it was(I also use infinite ammo host-only). I usually run with the toggle clip mode myself which only works when I host. I checked the toggle button several times to see if was host and it did'nt work. Next thing I know I got God mode and then did'nt, then I had clipping and so did everybody in the match. Then nobody had clipping for minute then, only I had it and could'nt turn it off with my toggle. All the while this is going on I could hear the host calling out all these effects and saying everything he was gonna do. He was pissed at me for having more kills than his team so he left me in clip mode so I could'nt shoot anybody. So I trolled him till then end of the match. Seemed like more than codes to me

This can all be done with codes, though xD
Basically my lobby codes with ON/OFF or specific players if he was kinda smart and/or using an USB Gecko.

You can't use them publicly anymore because of bitch ass activision and their update system
