Why is the code writing 20 bytes when there only is 18 bytes to edit?

This is how the code should be:

Each line counts as 8 bytes (XXXXXXXX XXXXXXXX). Just add an extra line and then add 8 to the the amount of bytes the code is writing.

Keep in mind that even by using codes to modify your name, there still is a limit on how long your name can be.

So one line are 8 bytes, and it count as "2", is it right? So that 5 lines must be 22.

True. When I have as much as 50 lines of string patch, I count the amount of string patch lines, convert the number to hex, and then in hex multiply it by 8. Very Happy

Test it out and see if it works. If you're unsure if something will work or not there is only one way to find out and that way is to test it and see if it works or not and if it doesn't work then you should know what to do. If something doesn't work you have to make it work, that's called Macgyvering. That's what I always say.

@God of MW3 You're telling him to use a code that you still haven't showed us yet. Post the code so he knows what code you're talking about.

So one line 8 bytes, convert the bytes into hex. You also can try this, if you press the button, you can change it with everytime by pressing.

You can see everytime there 9 lines. 9 lines x 8bytes are 72, in hex 48. (First it was 46, like here a mistake with 18 and 20 so it is the same code).
You also can add more names. Do not forget to put in the right bytenumber and change the namecodes.
