NinARM1 did say on his blog that he made it for NTSC-U, but I don't see it anywhere on his blog. Also, using Google didn't give much help either. I tried porting it, but pointers are hard to port because of the changing addresses, but it can be done! I'll try putting more effort into and I'll report back when I've figured it out.

The VR modifier by Volderbeek should be using the same pointer. Take a look there
