Code-Request. (Region Change + License Unlock)

whats up boys. shoutout to bully and the other staff that this site is still online! (i was a member of WP at the beginning of the mkw-era tho :-))

i stopped mkw some years ago and started again now, and i got pretty rusty in terms of using/creating codes, so i would appreciate a lot of somebody of u here could make one for me.
i want to use the region-change code from Anarion to change my region to Korea so i get a purple line. (i tried with ARC but it doesnt work for some reason, even tho my wii is still on 3.2) and an license unlocker. the problem here is, i actually just want a 1 star rank instead of 3.
my main problem with creating the code is that i forgot how to configure the button-activator correctly and how to use the codes the way that it actually saves the settings ingame.

tl;dr: i need a code with button activator (for Wheel or GCN, that doesnt matter at this point) for Anarions Region Changer to change my region to Korea in mkw and a license unlocker that unlocks everything with a 1-star rank instead of 3.

IIRC it should work this way: i put the file with the code in the folder for it on the sd, i load the game with GeckOS. in starting screen i press the button for the unlocker (for example +), i go online, i press the button for region change (example -) and after that i restart my wii and it should be saved, right?

X= Country Flag Values. Go to http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Country_Codes to select a country flag, but change the wiibrew value you pick to hex.
Y= State/Province Values
There is no list for these, but if you want to have the country flag you selected for X show up, you must use any Y value greater than 02.
Zz Values: Z-longitude | z-latitude
Center of Earth is 00000000. From 0+, the Mii location will move East across the equator, North across the prime meridian.

Yeah thats my problem right there, the unlock everything code will get me a 3-star rank, right? And i only want 1 tho, i searched for a unlocker where i can set the wanted starrank, but i couldnt find one.
And right, thats the region change code i also had, but how do i actually fit it into the button activator?

There is a way.. I've done it before (A While back).

I dont remember correctly but..

Before you activate the License code you need to do one 4 Course VS and finish it, then the stars you get on that race will be recorded.. then after your done with all of that,
You should activate the "Ultimate License Unlocker" by mdmwii and it should show 2, 1 star depending on that VS Race.
