So I wanted to watch this video again and so I do and shortly after watching the video I noticed that the video has over 150 likes! A few weeks ago or so, it had only 14 or so likes and 7 or so dislikes.

or maybe they have 150 legit accounts, but I doubt they do, maybe 10 at the most. I think that they might be from the PAL region and not from North America, because who would like your video to get a code that won't work for their region? Then again if they're from North America they could just download the PAL game and use it in USB Loader GX or any other USB loader. I don't know, but I think that some one is cheating. Oh and do you know if some one who wanted to for example play the German version of Black Ops on a NTSC Wii using a USB loader and they just had to modify the settings would they be able to play it, because it's in a different language?
