Power Saves 3DS?

So I was exploring ebay today when I came across a device called the Action Replay Power Saves 3DS. Apparently it sllows you to apply codes using the saves of Nintendo 3DS games. But I haven't heard a lot of big news regarding this device, leading me to think that it may be a fake. It SHOULD be big news because EVERYONE is waiting for a 3DS hack. Right now i'm not quite sure what to think... It's priced at $19.99 USD.

I think this is kinda fishy, but I might be wrong. What do you guys think?

Umm It might be fake because it is not even an authentic Action Replay unless it says made by Datel. They are a company big on game hacks/cheats for many handhelds and consoles. They have had action replay's for Wii, GameCube, Nintendo DS (All Versions), DSI (All Versions) Nintendo (3Ds) and whatever else they may have made them for. Anyways back to my point. They usually have never acted as a software or mod to the actual system of the gaming device. They usually act as a game and loads the game inserted into the slot of the Action Replay. The codes are also directly inserted into the game. I have only seen this on DS versions. For Wii it is SD which there is no point in getting one thanks to Gecko, but anyways. I am not sure it might be legit, but I would just get one to insert into the 3DS from a retail store. Datel's Action Replay will never release any free game cheating software unless it comes with their product so they can make money by the way. Hope this helped
