Ok, I have tested it. No code work. The button Activator isn't the reason, I've put an other and it also failed. the Memory range is also right. The end of the code is also correct, and the adresses also should be correct.

The offset it 64,respectively FFFFFF9C. I thougt then it must be FFFFF9C but this is also incorrect. The last thing I would believe is with offset + 64:

So that code is NTSC? and what are the values to change to put another monster? and the button activator is HOME+A?

I think if you have the values, you also can make the Ceadeus online. But I'm not sure.
