Setting your stats to specific values isn't the default case on Black Ops or MW3. Read on, if you want to know how.

Then take your result and "flip" it, this is explained in detail below.
Let´s assume, we've got "00037B54" as HEX number.
To do a flip, we put the last 2 digits to the 1st and 2nd spot "540037B54", then we take the next two digits and put them on 3rd and 4th spot "547B3754". We now take the 3rd and 4th digit and put them as 5th and 6th "547B0354". Finally, we take the first two digits and put them as last two digits "547B0300".
There we have our final value.
NOTE:
It´s reasonable to copy the same HEX number into a texteditor twice to have one for editing and the other one for checking.
I didn't figure this out, neither do I know who did.
