Konami is working on preventing modding/cheating by checking PvE duel data sent to them. Whenever you duel, that duel data can be investigated by Konami. This means that using any kind of duel data modification is unsafe unless you make it look legit.
Once you got caught (by their automatic system), you get sanctioned in form of a warning after 1 - 2 weeks. Then you will be sanctioned with a 7-day suspension, followed by a 30-day suspension and finally a permanent ban.
Sending a message to their support is generally fruitless since they will send you back a bot reply telling you that "they will not disclose the details of the sanctions".
Furthermore, cheating on your account in any way and ranking highly in prestigious PvP events like KC Cups or World's might get you (permanently) banned so be cautious about that.
Using non-modifying things like the farming bot or speed hack is very safe since it is undetectable to Konami whether you actually play or not. Konami is still able to ban you for suspicions of using bots/cheats so it's only about 99% safe.
