A year ago to the month, I had posted the topic below. Thought I'd be out for a very long time not having the awesome capabilities of a Windows computer.
Well, last night and most of today, I have spent getting my old computer back up and running, and even upgrading it from Win 10 to Win 11. I actually really enjoy the simplicity of Windows 11. It's somewhat similar to the simplicity of the Chromebook, but with so much more capability and speed.
It's funny though, that the only two things I needed to fix it, had been sitting in my filing cabinet for 4 fucking years and the other on my desk being used everyday, lol I could have fixed it right away, lol
However, the YouTube video I had watched several days ago, had only been posted 8 months ago, but either way, I would have been able to find a similar tutorial. It's just that that specific video had gotten me motivated to figure something out.
Then a few days later, out of the blue, I had a head-smacker moment when i realized I had an old hard drive in my filing cabinet, which would work perfect.
Anyways... I'm back!
